Facilitated by Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s Energy Science and Technology Directorate

The registration for this year’s forum is closed.
Please check back for updates regarding Appalachian Carbon Forum 2024.

This two-day forum is the kickoff for a multi-year series of meetings that will bring together a diverse range of thought leaders and innovators to identify and develop energy solutions for the Appalachia region. This will be accomplished through the efficient and sustainable use and repurposing of resources for economic resiliency in transitioning to clean-energy technologies. The forum will feature discussions on the representative needs, challenges, and opportunities unique to the area–with invitees from local communities, private industry, national laboratories, academia, and government located along the Appalachian Mountains.
